These rose prosecco has a delicate flavor. Prosecco combined with a hint of rose. A classic and elegant drink.
Today we've got a classic summer drink. Rose prosecco made from fresh rose petals. A sweet accent that combines very well with the prosecco bubbles. For garnish I took (of course) a rose petal. An elegant welcome drink which delights many guests when tasting this drink.
Tomorrow, of course, a blog about my week. What does a foodie do in a "normal" week (if it exists). And I start a new project, in addition to my regular blog post. I won't eat sugar for the next 30 days (and believe me that is a challenge for me, the ice bucket challenge is nothing compared to that). So a busy week, but for now the recipe of this drink.4Pure: rose prosecco
- You can also use champagne instead of prosecco if you like that better
- If you don’t have roses or you want to vary in lemonade you can also use leaves of the violet or lavender.
- Use unsprayed roses. Ordinary plants from the garden center can contain toxins. Make sure you only harvest flowers if you’re sure they are not sprayed.
