This easy honey ice cream recipe isn’t difficult to prepare. You don’t even need an ice machine. And yet it is super airy. With each bite of ice you get some chunks of dark chocolate. Minced because large pieces of frozen chocolate gonna break your teeth, and I wouldn’t want you to have that.
Of course you don’t eat ice cream only in the summer times. We eat it all year round. And every season has its own ice cream. In winter I love a creamy chocolate ice cream. In warm summer weather I love to eat frozen yoghurt with red fruits and in autumn Greek yogurt ice cream with walnuts and honey (in season ingredients), while I enjoy in spring, for example, a refreshing strawberry soda ice cream. Ice cream is never boring.
You can, of course, scoop some ice cream in a bowl and even add rolled honey tuiles. Or make a refreshing ice snack like the watermelon grape ice cream popsicles. Pack some ice cream in between two cookies (as in this ice cream with chocolate and caramel), or makea slush (eg watermelon slush).
For today I made this easy honey ice cream recipes with dark chocolate. This is such a kind of ice that can be eaten in any season. It suits summer but also winter. The taste is slightly honey and the chocolate bits brighten the ice cream. A delicious ice cream for every season! And because there is no use of raw egg, this ice cream for everyone that is older than 1 year (children under 1 year should not eat raw honey).
