If I’m in a hurry then I make a smoothie for breakfast. Simple because it’s quick to prepare and you can drink it. I don’t make smoothies every day though. Even not every week.
I don’t have the same breakfast routine everyday. Sometimes I eat an omelette, granola, bread, oatmeal or… A smoothie. That way I get a lot of variance in my breakfast. And thats keeping me energetic.
But I also like some variation in the smoothies I make. Sometimes I choose products in season, I look in my pantry for staples or I just mix up for something I crave for at that moment (also very important). Hereby I share a few of my favorite smoothie recipes. Have fun with them!
