This recipe for chicken and broccoli casserole is easy going. You can make it the day before and finish it the day after (even by older children, whom can insert the casserole into the oven).
On Monday , when the children got a lot of activities, a casserole is so easy, so I do not get in trouble with all taxi rides needed that day.
