A coconut water smoothie with chocolate, a delightful winter smoothie full of vitamines and super hydrating. Just like a glass of chocolate milk with a dash of coconut flavor and very healthy.
Coconut water is hip for a while now. And you can notice it everywhere. New flavors are available everywhere. It’s refreshing, delicious, thirst-quenching and contains almost no calories. No wonder it’s in the spotlight. I saw coconut water with watermelon, mango and lime, but also plain naturel. When thinking of hot summer days I bet you can make delicious ice pops with them. But that’s not quite the season, so I’ll skip that for another couple of months (but it seems quite wonderful).
While it’s still January and I’m still in my healthy food days, I thought of making this delicious smoothie. A smoothie which tastes like chocolate milk, but a bit healthier. As a snack for around four (while your in need for some extra energy) or as breakfast (and you’ll make it easily till noon).
