    Pie Dough
    1. Mix the flour and salt in a blender.
    2. Add the olive oil.
    3. Pulse and then add the ice-water.
    4. Pulse again and refrigerate the dough for at least 3 hours.

    7. Bake the quiche bottom for 20 minutes than take out the filling and bake again for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.

    1. Cut the onion finely.
    2. Melt the butter in the pan and fry the onion for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    3. Peel the Appel and cut into small cubes.
    4. Also, divided the cheese into small pieces.
    5. In a bowl mix the eggs with the cream.
