Halloween blues cocktail not only tastes good, but also looks great. A nice signature drink for Halloween!
Do you like Halloween? I will confess to you I’ve had to get used to it for a few years. Halloween isn’t that common in the Netherlands. But I think it’s getting better every year. When I started my first Halloween menu it was quite exciting and strange, but now I’m really busy with it for a few weeks. Just because you can fully put your creativity into it. And so I came up with the idea of a blue cocktail with a black edge. Just to get tuned and stay in the Halloween blues. Not that difficult to make, but certainly very tasty.
- This cocktail contains alcohol. If you don’t want that, you can choose a light carbonated drink and add some blue food coloring. Don’t choose a red or yellow base, because then you get a whole different color (although that can also be very Halloween like).
- By wetting the edge of the glass, the sugar will stick better. You can buy colored sugar at, among other things, bakery stores.
- The Blue Curacao goes wonderfully together with the Cointreau. The Tequila gives the whole a light pepper. I think that pepper fits perfectly with a Halloween drink.
