For the Valentines menu he main course (which is tagliatelle with stuffed chicken), I made a salad, the arugula salad (nutty with a light pepper) is combined with the sweet earthy flavors of the beets, the nutty walnuts and creamy taste of the goat cheese. The beets are cut out with a cookie cutter into small hearts to give everything a romantic valentine sight. I think it looks lovely, don’t you?
