This rich chocolate cake can be eaten within 5 minutes. Still warm and great as a dessert with a scoop of ice cream.

She writes a blog (in Dutch) with all kinds of recipes and each of them WhileI was looking I got a little bit holiday stress and I came across this gem at: Cake in a mug. Within 5 minutes ready to eat. Away holiday stress, away further searching it's time for a cup with a cake. And no sooner said than done. Enjoying the last bit of cake, I am now writing this blog, because to be honest, it's more cake than I normally eat and it's super-tasty!
Because you mix everything in a mug, it is important to follow the instructions. Otherwise you get lumps or the ingredients are not well mixed, and that will influence it's flavor.
You have to use a large mug. With a little one the cake rises above the mug! You probably will have to take some extra time for cleaning the micro wave.
