Tips easy spinach quiche:
- If you don't have spinach, you can replace it with turnip greens or swiss chard. Simply follow the recipe and replace the spinach for the same amount of other vegetables.
- In order to shrink the spinach but don't overcook it, use the adhering water and don't add any extra water. That way vitamins aren't thrown out with the liquid.
Preparation easy spinach quiche:
1 week in advance:
- Make the quiche one week in advance and bake 30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. Put it in a freezer bag or pack it well in plastic wrap and freeze. If you need it, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake (you won't have to thaw the quiche) in 15 minutes. Check occasionally it it doens't burn (if you notice that cover the quiche with aluminum foil).
Store easy spinach quiche:
- The quiche can be stored up to two days in the refrigerator or 1 month in the fridge.
