INGREDIENTS – 2 plakjes bladerdeeg ontdooid – 2 theelepels mosterd – 2 plakjes raclette kaas – 1 ei maat S, losgeklopt – 2 eetlepels paneermeel
PREPARATION – Remove plastic foil from the puff pastry. – Smear 1 teaspoon of mustard on each sheet. – Cut the raclette cheese so that it stays within one-half of the puff pastry and put it on top – Fold the puff pastry and seal the edges with a fork. – Brush the top of the cheese soufflé with the egg. – Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. – Bake the cheese soufflé for 8 minutes at 350°F in the Airfryer.
