Honey tuiles, airy and crunchy cookies that are delicious with tea or to eat with your ice cream dessert. These cookies are crisp and airy. It only got one disadvantage: you'll eat to much of them.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 430 degrees Fahrenheit / 220 degrees Celsius.
Grease a baking plate and place it in the refrigerator.
Cut out a circle with a diameter of 2 inch / 5 cm from cardboard and place it on the baking plate.
Weigh of all the ingredients.
Honey tuiles
Mix the icing sugar with the butter and mix for 3 minutes.
Add the honey and mix for another minutes.
Mix the flour, salt and cinnamon and put the batter 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Apply a teaspoon of batter into the circle and spread it out with a flatten spatula.
Repeat making tuiles until the baking plate is full.
Put the cookies 3 minutes in the oven until the tuiles are golden brown.
Let it cool for a short period (a minute or so) before loosening with a flat spatula then place the cookies on a wire rack.
