Check the shrimp and, if necessary, remove the intestinal tract from the back of the shrimp.
Cut the steak into cubes.
Put the oil in a small bowl and mix the shrimp and steak with oil, so they are well coated.

Grab a skewer and put 2 pieces of steak on the stick.
