Instructions
Mix the milk with yeast and let it stand for 5 minutes.
Put the flour with 60 grams sugar, 30 grams of melted butter and egg in a bowl and pour the milk - yeast with it.
Knead the dough with a mixer mixer with dough hooks (or by hand) for 5 minutes.
Add the salt and continue kneading until you get an elastic dough (about another 10 minutes of kneading).
Brush a bowl with oil and place the dough in it.
Turn once and cover the bowl with a damp cloth and then with a plastic foil.
Set aside in a warm place and let the dough rise for about 1 hour until it doubles in volume.
Mix the sugar with the cinnamon.
Set the butter in a bowl ready.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Sprinkle some flour on your work surface and place the dough on it.
Roll it out into a rectangle, as flat as possible.
Brush the top with the melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
Roll the dough from the widest side up.
Halve it lengthwise with a knife and turn the two strings around each other. You will then see the cinnamon sugar here and there on the outside.
Grab the roll, form a wreath and place on the baking sheet.
Cover with a damp cloth and a plastic wrap and set aside in a warm place.
Let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Preheat the oven after 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Remove the dough from underneath the foil and cloth and brush with the egg.
Slide in the oven to bake.
Reduce the temperature after 10 minutes to 165 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
