Instructions
Mix Greek yogurt with coriander and season with salt and pepper.
Spoon into a small appetizer dish and drizzle some olive oil on top.
Cut the carrot, celery and cucumber into small strips and stick them into the yogurt.
Pick a tuft of curly lettuce and put it in to.
