Shawarma casserole
A hearty casserole, stuffed with homemade shawarma, green beans, cheese and puff pastry. Served with a tasty tzatziki it becomes a delicious dish.

Instructions
Heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Cut the pork chops into thin strips
Blend to taste with the shawarma spices. I used about 2 teaspoons.
Heat a frying pan with the oil and bake the meat until it's brown.
Also cook the green beans in boiling water until al dente.
Place the puff pastry in the oven dish, so it covers the bottom and sides.
Spread the beans on the bottom.
Lay the shawarma on top.
Grate the cheese over the dish and sprinkle with thyme.
Bake 30 minutes in the oven.
