sour, eg. granny smith

pistachios
unsalted

tablespoons
raisins

tablespoons
yogurt
1
tablespoon
olive oil
1
teaspoon
mustard

Instructions
Bring a pan of water to the boil and poach the chicken for about 15 minutes, until done.
Cut into small cubes and let it cool to room temperature.
Cut the celery into small loops.
Peel the apple and remove the core. Cut the rest into small cubes
Chop the pistachios finely.
In a bowl mix the diced chicken breast, celery, apple, pistachios and raisins well.
Make a dressing of yogurt, olive oil, mustard and spices.
Pour over the salad and mix again thoroughly.
Serve immediately
