Instructions
Melt the butter over low heat.
Put the two types of flour in a bowl and mix the butter through it.
Then add the milk, egg, and yeast. Mix everything well, so you have no lumps.
Sprinkle the sugar, salt, and cheese in the batter and stir through and through.
Place the bowl under a towel for 1 hour in a warm place.
Put the fritter pan on the stove and heat.
Mix the batter well.
Cover the pan with oil and pour the batter into the holes.
When the top of the fritter has dried, turn the pancakes with a fork.
Bake this side for 1 minute or until golden brown.
Place the fritters on a plate with a smear of garlic butter.
