You add balsamic cream instead of balsamic vinegar because it is creamier and softer in taste. If you want a stronger flavor than you can use regular balsamic vinegar.
Parma ham combines very good with sweet fruit and that's why it's an excellent choice. But any salt ham will do.
Instructions
Quarter the strawberries.
Mix in a bowl the balsamic cream, honey, salt, and oil.
Add the strawberries and pink pepper.
Let it marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Put the strawberries with a little sauce on a plate.
Take a slice of Parma ham and put it near the strawberries.
Grate some Parmesan cheese on top and garnish met basil.
