Instructions
Heat a wok on high heat.
Put the oil in the hot pan and fry the meat for about 3 - 5 minutes. Set the meat aside.
Put the garlic, grated ginger, and pepper in the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the meat to the wok or a large skillet with Kecap Manis, Kecap Medja, cream, and coconut.
