Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 °F or 360 °F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash the apples, remove the cores and coarsely grate them.

Mix grated apple, oatmeal, raisins, almond flour, salt and butter in a bowl.
⅞ cups oatmeal, ⅓ cup raisins, ⅓ cup almond flour, 3½ tablespoons butter, ⅛ teaspoon salt
Knead until a dough forms.
Divide into 12 pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
Place the balls on the baking sheet and press them slightly flat.
Bake for about 30 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Let cool completely on a wire rack.
