Instructions
In a bowl mix the gin, the juice of 2 lemons, honey, salt and pepper to taste, and sunflower oil.
Place the drumsticks in the bowl and roll them well to ensure that everything is well coated with marinade.
Marinate for 1-3 hours, make sure that you marinate all the drumsticks every 30 minutes by rolling them through the marinade.
Drain the chicken (and reserve the marinade)
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken until it is brown.
Pour the marinade and enough water to cover the chicken drumsticks and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 40 minutes on low heat.
Drain the chicken legs.
Turn on the barbecue or grill and cook the chicken drumsticks crispy in 6-8 minutes (turn them when browning to quickly).
