½cup mayonnaise
¼cup sour cream
1teaspoon mustard
1teaspoon sugar
¼teaspoon salt
⅛teaspoon ground black pepper
1tablespoon caperschopped finely
2small gherkinschopped in small cubes

¼oz. Parsleychopped finely

Instructions
Put the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and mix.
½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon sugar, ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper, ¼ teaspoon salt
Add capers, gherkins, chives, parsley, and dragon. Mix and store in the refrigerator until used.

NOTES
1. Chives, Parsley, and Dragon - herbs that add a delicious earthy flavor to the sauce. You could also use dill instead of parsley (or a mixture). Very delicious.2. Storage
Refrigerator - Cover the sauce and store it for up to five days in the fridge.
Freezer - Don’t freeze this sauce. The mayonnaise makes the sauce unsuitable for freezing.
