NOTES
1. Can I use green pesto instead of red? Absolutely. Green pesto gives a fresher, basil-heavy flavor.2. What can I use instead of smoked chicken? Try smoked cheese cubes for a vegetarian twist, or cooked turkey for a milder flavor.3. Variations
Replace red pesto with homemade kale, carrot-hazelnut, or arugula pesto.
