Prepare Gyros
Put the olive oil, lemon juice, gyros spices, garlic, and red bell pepper in a bowl.

Add the meat. Mix well so everything is covered.
1¼ pound schnitzel
Heat a little oil or butter in a frying pan.
Add the meat and cook on medium heat until brown. Add the red onions and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until the meat is done, and the onions are soft.
Build the wraps
Place the wraps on plates. Add some lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Spoon the warm meat on top.

Freezer: Let the meat cool first. Then freeze it in a container. It will last up to 3 months. Defrost in the fridge and heat before serving.
