Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the tea bags and let them steep for 3 minutes. Remove the tea bags.

Cook the soba noodles in the green tea according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse briefly with cold water, and set aside.

Cook the green beans for 5–8 minutes in boiling water until just tender. Drain and set aside.

Heat the sunflower and sesame oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add the noodles, green beans, shrimp, soy sauce, and mirin. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Divide the noodles over the plates and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
