4sheets puff pastry thawed
4tablespoons apricot jam
2tablespoons sugar
1teaspoon cinnamon ground
2tablespoons butter melted

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Remove the core from the apple.
Peel the apple and cut it in half.
Fill the hole in the apple with the jam.
Put the dough and fold it together.
Squeeze all the edges and the top so it's properly closed
Mix the sugar with the cinnamon.
Brush the outside of the apple bellies with the melted butter.
