¾cup sugar
2applesElstar, Jonagold or Granny Smith
1teaspoon lemon juice
6slices raisin breadwithout crusts
½stick buttermelted

Preheat the oven to 390 ℉ and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix the sugar with the cinnamon.

Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut into cubes.

Mix the apple with lemon juice and half of the sugar-cinnamon mixture.

Roll the raisin bread flat with a rolling pin.

Divide 2 tablespoons of apple mix on one side of the bread and roll up.
Brush the outside of the bread with melted butter and roll in the remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture.
