Wash the arugula and dry it well.
7 oz. arugula
Peel the pear, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes. Wash the apple, remove the core, and dice it.
½ granny smith, ½ pear
Dressing
In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, olive oil, and mustard.
Place the arugula in a large bowl. Add the tomatoes, apple, and pear.
