4 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 ¾ cup strawberries, ½ cup blueberries, 1 cup raspberries, 2 apples, 1 mango, 1 ¼ cups grapes
Pour the dressing over this Summer fruit salad and mix well.

NOTES
1. Strawberries - Use fresh strawberries. Wash them and remove the crown (in this order. If you remove the crown first, the strawberry will absorb the washing water, and they will become watery).2. Blueberries - Rinse them briefly under the water and remove the stems.3. Raspberries - Do not wash them, just wipe them clean with a damp piece of paper. Remove any leaves or stems by hand.4. Mango - Remove the skin and pit and cut into small cubes. Here you will find a video where I show you how you can do this quickly and easily in two ways.5. Storage
Refrigerator - Store the BBQ fruit salad covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
6. The nutritional value is per serving, assuming the salad is eaten by six people.
