NOTES
1. Heksenkaas - A tasty cream cheese, slightly sweet, flavored with herbs such as garlic, parsley, and thin strips of leek. Easy to make yourself with this Dutch leek dip recipe. You can also replace it with cream cheese with herbs.2. Tortilla wraps - Delicious plain wheat tortillas are used for this recipe. But you can also opt for a multigrain wrap tortilla with a slightly nutty taste.3. Heating - By briefly heating the tortilla in a dry frying pan, you can roll it better without tearing it. They don't have to be hot; a little warm (5 to 10 seconds on medium heat) is enough.4. Variations
Use green pesto or truffle mayonnaise instead of Heksenkaas
Instead of beef carpaccio, you can also use thinly sliced veal fricandeau. Elegant and delicious.
5. Pregnancy - Do not eat Carpaccio when you are pregnant. Babies and people with poor health should also not eat dishes with raw meat.6. Wrap in plastic - Wrapping the wraps in plastic wrap and refrigerating for an hour will allow the flavors to mix well.7. Storage
Refrigerator - You can keep the cold wraps with tuna in the fridge for two days (that means you can make them a day in advance). Then store them in the plastic wrap in the refrigerator.
Freezer - You cannot freeze these wraps.
