Beef Carpaccio Pinwheels are delicious, elegant, festive snacks for a party! They are easy to prepare; you can make them in advance, look great, and taste great. This finger food snack was gone in minutes when I served it at my last party.

Beef Carpaccio Pinwheels Without Pesto
I like to cook, I really do. But if I have a party, I don't want to worry about it. So taking a nice snack out of the fridge and putting it on a plate or in a bowl is fine, but otherwise, I want to chat and enjoy.
That's why I'm a big proponent of snacks that you can prepare well. Wraps are a godsend. You can make these delicious tortilla rolls in advance, cut them and only have to serve them! Made with tortillas, Carpaccio, and a lick of leek dip, you get an irresistibly tasty snack! I promise this snack will be a hit at your next party!
And undoubtedly not only delicious as a snack, but you will also enjoy this for lunch or dinner!

What do you need for Carpaccio Roll-Ups?
To prepare this Beef Carpaccio Pinwheels Without Pesto, you require the following ingredients. You can find the correct amounts in the recipe card at the bottom of the blog:

- Tortilla wraps - Delicious plain wheat tortillas are used for this recipe. But you can also opt for a multigrain wrap tortilla with a slightly nutty taste.
- Beef Carpaccio - Thinly sliced raw tenderloin, the finest cut of beef.
- Arugula - Wonderfully peppery, and it provides a bite.
- Pine Nuts - Use toasted pine nuts for a hint of nutty flavor.
- Parmesan cheese - A delicious salty cheese from Italian cuisine. The perfect combination with Carpaccio
- Heksenkaas - A tasty cream cheese, slightly sweet, flavored with herbs such as garlic, parsley, and thin strips of leek. Easy to make yourself with this Dutch leek dip recipe. You can also replace it with cream cheese with herbs.
How to prepare Carpaccio Tortilla Roll-Ups with Parmesan Cheese
You can find a printable recipe with a step-by-step description at the bottom of this blog.

- Place a tortilla wrap in front of you and smear it with Heksenkaas. Sprinkle some arugula on top.
- Top the wrap with beef carpaccio and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toasted pine nuts.
- Roll up the wrap tightly and wrap it in plastic wrap. Let the flavors infuse in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Cut the wrap into small portions for Beef Carpaccio Pinwheels, or, if you prefer to eat this for lunch, half the wrap.
This is delicious as part of a snack buffet with luxury sandwiches to impress (also delicious with a high tea), a goat cheese snack with honey and walnuts, and watermelon snacks with feta and mint.
If you want to eat this for lunch, eat a delicious cucumber dill yogurt salad and freshly baked focaccia with red onion and garlic butter.
Tips and Variations
- Use green pesto or truffle mayonnaise instead of Heksenkaas
- Instead of beef carpaccio, you can also use thinly sliced veal fricandeau. Elegant and delicious.
- Do not eat Carpaccio when you are pregnant. Babies and people with poor health should also not eat dishes with raw meat.
