It's the last day of the month and therefore I have to submit my foodblogswap blog post. I kept it simple this time, but nevertheless tasty. I had to cook from the blog: whatmomwouldcook, where the art of cooking of all mothers around the world is put in the spotlight. What a great subject.
Fast, surprising and easy recipe
After looking around I opted for watermelon appetizers with feta and mint. Finished quickly and the taste was surprising. This is a delicious snack as appetizer before you give a dinner (or bbq) or as a cocktail snack at a party.
Watermelon
Melon comes in all shapes and sizes, but is a special case is the watermelon. With its beautiful red color, full of water and deliciously sweet one of the highlights of the summer season. Watermelon is therefore becoming more popular each year. Especially now that the seedless varieties are readily available. The same flavor and less mess. That's why this is one of my favorite summer fruits.
