- ¾ pound Beef tenderloin steak cut into 12 equal pieces
- ½ yellow bell pepper cut into 4 strips
- ½ red bell pepper cut into 4 strips
- 1 red onion quartered
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

- Place the steak pieces in the bowl and cover them with the herb oil. Let this mixture soak for 5 minutes.¾ pound Beef tenderloin steak
