Bratwurst from the BBQ: this bratwurst is cooked in beer and onions. Then it's grilled on the BBQ and served with caramelized onions. A bratwurst with a lot of flavors.
An easy and delicious recipe: bratwurst from the BBQ. Cook the bratwurst with onions in wheat beer, which gives them extra flavor.
Then grill the wurst on high heat. The beer and the grilling will get you bratwurst with lots of taste. And in the meanwhile on your stove, some caramelized onions simmer. Serve the bratwurst with the onions on a bun at your garden party or at your next BBQ.
- You simmer the bratwurst in the beer to keep it juicy. If you just want to bake it in butter or oil, soak him before baking for 5 minutes in hot water. Give it a good dab (against splashes) and then bake. That way the sausage will stay nice and juicy.
- You fry the onions that you use as a topping in a second pan (and do not use the onions that are cooked in beer), because they've got some bitter taste. By baking separately you get the delicious sweetness of the onion. Which is great as a garnish on the bratwurst.

Indication Nutritional Value (Per Person / Portion):
This sausage is cooked in German white beer with sweet onions. Then it was grilled on the barbecue and like a hot dog served on a bun. A bratwurst sandwich with lots of flavor!
Tonight the next soccer match is scheduled: Germany vs. America. What the match will bring the future will tell. But when you mix these two countries in terms of food you can think of a bratwurst cooked in German white beer and then grilled on the bbq and served as a hot dog.
While coming up with the recipe you're always up for a challenge when combining flavors. In this case it was very successful. By simmering in beer the sausage remained very juicy and got a deep flavor. It became a very tasty lunch or dinner side dish with french fries or potatoes with it.
