Making your own herb butter is super easy and gives you so much flavor! It goes with everything: spread on a baguette at a party, with a delicious steak, or as a flavoring for grilled vegetables.
This herb butter is a winner thanks to the Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, and garlic. The great thing is that you can make it in a few minutes with things you often already have at home.
Italian Garlic Parmesan Butter in Minutes
I prefer to make my own herb butter and garlic butter. Real butter, fresh herbs, and a little love—you can taste it! My garlic butter recipe has been a favorite here for years, but it now has a competitor: herb butter with Parmesan cheese.
This version is creamy, full of flavor because of the Parmesan cheese, and has a hint of garlic. It's perfect for a party or just with a piece of meat or grilled vegetables. And the best part is that you can make it in less than 10 minutes—handy for when you have little time!
What do you require?
- Parmesan cheese has a deep, salty flavor. Grate the cheese fresh for the best results. Do you lack Parmesan at home? Grana Padano works just fine.
- Italian herbs: A mixture of rosemary, oregano, and thyme. Don't have ready-made Italian herbs? Mix these three herbs yourself.
