Instructions
Place the garlic, sea salt, Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, paprika, pepper, and softened butter in a large bowl.
3 cloves garlic, ½ teaspoon sea salt, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon Italian herbs, ¼ teaspoon paprika, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, 1 stick butter
Use a mixer on medium speed to combine everything well. Mix for about 3 minutes until smooth. You can also do this by hand, but a mixer will work faster and make it nice and fluffy.
Spoon the herb butter into a bowl and place in the refrigerator. Let the flavors infuse for at least 30 minutes before serving.
NOTES
1. Parmesan cheese: Can also be replaced with Grana Padano.2. Leftovers: Do you have any herb butter left? Use it for baked potatoes, or melt it through your pasta for extra flavor.3. Storage
