Instructions
Grate the lime.

Squeeze all the limes and lemons and mix the juice in a bowl.

Cut the melon into cubes of about 1 × 1 inch (2 × 2 cm).
½ watermelon
Marinate the melon in the juice, for at least 2 hours.
Turn the melon now and then, so that the flavor can withdraw at all sides.
Place on an appetizer spoon or a plate and crumble the feta on top of the melon.

Garnish with mint leaves and optional lime zest.Serve cold.
