Instructions
Soak the sausages for 5 minutes in hot water.
4 bratwurst
Remove from the water and dry thoroughly.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the oil.
1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
Fry the onions until they are translucent in about 5 minutes, medium heat.

Add the garlic and stir-fry for another minute.

Fry the sausages on both sides until they are golden brown.
Add the flour and bake for 2 minutes.

Pour the beer into the skillet and add the sugar.

1. Substitutions and Variations
