6slices white sandwich bread
8slices bacon
4tablespoons mayonnaise
2oz. lettuce

Instructions
Use a cutter with a diameter of 2 inches (ca. 5 cm) to cut out two circles from each slice. Make sure you don't stick out the crusts.
6 slices white sandwich bread
Put the bacon in a dry frying pan and fry on both sides over medium heat until the slices are brown and crispy.
8 slices bacon
Place a round of white bread in front of you and brush with ½ tablespoon of mayonnaise.
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Top with some lettuce, tomato slices, and a slice of bacon.
2 oz. lettuce, 8 cherry tomatoes
Top with a second round of white bread and spread with ½ tablespoon mayonnaise.
Repeat the lettuce, tomato, and bacon slices and cover with a third round of white bread.
Stick a skewer through the Club sandwich.
Repeat for the rest of the mini sandwiches.
NOTES
1. Lettuce: Makes the sandwiches taste fresh. You can use romaine lettuce, but iceberg or regular lettuce is also great.2. Also delicious:
Avocado: Add avocado slices to make the BLT sandwiches even creamier.
Mayonnaise: Replace with pesto mayonnaise for extra flavor or wasabi mayonnaise for more spice.
Toast: Grill or toast the white bread slices before using them. Extra crunchy.
3. Storage
Refrigerator: Store the sandwiches in an airtight container or wrap them tightly in plastic. This way, you can keep them for up to 2 days. The structure will change.
Freezer: When the BLT mini sandwiches are made, you can no longer freeze them.
