What do you need for BLT (Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato) Tea Sandwich?
To prepare this BLT Mini Club Sandwich, you require the following ingredients. You can find the correct amounts in the recipe card at the bottom of the blog:

- Mayonnaise: Brushing the sandwiches with mayonnaise makes them wonderfully creamy and gives them a little kick.
- Cherry tomatoes: Buy the best cherry tomatoes you can get. They have a lot of flavor, and you can taste it.
- Bacon: Add a salty bite to these sandwiches. Baking them also gives you a crunchy texture.
- Lettuce: Makes the sandwiches taste fresh. You can use Romaine lettuce, but iceberg or regular lettuce is also a great choice.
- White bread: White bread is the ultimate sandwich bread. Grabbing a slice of white bread, casino, sandwich, or plain white is all a good choice.
How to prepare High Tea BLT Sandwich
You can find a printable recipe with a step-by-step description at the bottom of this blog.

- Fry the bacon in a dry frying pan until crispy.
- Use a cutter to cut circles out of the bread (a cutter with a diameter of 2 inches (ca. 5 cm) is fine for this). Next, wash the lettuce and cherry tomatoes and cut the cherry tomatoes into slices.
- Place a slice of white bread in front of you and brush with mayonnaise. Top with some lettuce, tomato slices, and bacon. Top with a second round of white bread and spread with mayonnaise.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, and bacon, and cover with a third slice of white bread. Finally, prick a skewer through your BLT mini club sandwich.
Delicious as part of a high tea, for example, served with a carpaccio club sandwich, Charlotte Russe Cake with summer fruit, and spinach omelet wrap.
Tips, Substitutions, and Variations

- Mayonnaise: Replace with pesto mayonnaise for extra flavor or wasabi mayonnaise for more spice.

You can make them a few hours before and store them covered with plastic foil in the refrigerator.
