Instructions
Wash the tomatoes and slice them evenly. Remove the stems.
3 tomatoes
Cut the mozzarella into slices.
4 oz. buffalo mozzarella
Arrange the tomato slices on a plate and place the mozzarella on top.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
