Preheat the oven to 390 °F or 350 °F
Mix the cheeses, chili sauce, and mascarpone in a bowl.
1 cup cream cheese, ¾ cup Gouda cheese, 1 ¼ cups grated cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce, ⅓ cup mascarpone
Hollow out the bread.

Pour the cheese mixture into the bread. (Halloween style go to *)
Bake the bread in the oven for 12 minutes until the cheese mixture is warm and fluid.
Serve immediately.

Cut the slice puff pastry into triangles for the eyes and nose, then cut out a mouth.
