NOTES
1. Ground beef: You can use minced chicken instead of ground beef.2. Vegetables: Add other vegetables to the stir-fry, such as diced peppers, mushrooms, or spinach, for more color and vegetables!3. Spaghetti: If you want more fiber, use whole wheat spaghetti. And if you don't have spaghetti at home, linguine, tagliatelle, or penne are also excellent choices.4. Cheese: What's truly Italian is to serve this spaghetti with Parmesan cheese, which anyone can shave on top of their choice!5. Storage:
Refrigerator: Store the spaghetti in an airtight container for two days.
Freezer: You can freeze this in a freezer box or bag and store it in the freezer for up to 2 months. Let thaw in the refrigerator. Please note: the texture of the vegetables will change.
Reheat: Place the spaghetti with tomatoes and zucchini in a frying pan with sufficient oil and heat over medium heat until warm, stirring while stirring. Or you can reheat the spaghetti in the microwave.
