2½cupsshredded coconut
¾cupsugar
1stickbutterunsalted, melted and slightly cooled

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 °F or 320 °F
Brush a square pan (10 × 10 inches (24 × 24 cm)) with butter and line with baking paper.
Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients.
2½ cups shredded coconut, ¾ cup sugar, 1 stick butter, 2 eggs, 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Mix everything through with a spatula.
Put the batter in the baking pan and flatten the top with the back of a spoon
Put the tin in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until it's firm.
Take it out of the oven, let it stand for 5 minutes, and remove it from the tin.
Let it cool on a rack to room temperature.
Cut this into a bar form.

1. Dark chocolate: You can also use milk chocolate or semi-dark chocolate chips. The taste will then become softer.2. Gluten-free: This recipe is gluten-free, but always check the ingredients carefully.3. Variations and Tips
Fruity twist: Add chopped dried fruits such as cranberries, apricots, or pecans to the melted chocolate (about three tablespoons).
