Instructions
Chicken satay
Make a marinade of garlic, ginger syrup, orange juice, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Cut the chicken into small cubes and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prick them on a satay stick.
Bake them into the frying pan (or grill pan if you have one).
Cashew nut sauce
Grind the cashews fine.
Mix the crushed nuts with the brown sugar, soy sauce and milk and bring to a boil, while keep stirring.
Let the cashew nut sauce thicken.
Season with sambal at taste.
Put 2 tablespoons of sauce at the bottom of a glass.
Put the chicken skewers in it.
Serve immediately.
