Instructions
Sugar rim
Fill a bowl with the pomegranate juice and a second bowl with sugar.
Dip the top of the glasses first in the juice and then in the bowl with sugar.
Let the glasses air-dry for at least 10 minutes.
Margarita recipe with coconut and pomegranate
Take the blender and add the ice cubes to the can.
Pour the pomegranate juice, coconut milk, and tequila into the blender.
Add the juice of 1 lime.
Turn the blender on and blend until you've got a smooth cocktail.
Serve
Pour the margarita into the glasses.
Garnish with ice cubes, lime slices and pomegranate seeds.
NOTES
If you have fresh coconut, you can open it easily by drilling a hole in one of the eyes (at the bottom of the fruit). Catch the coconut water in a container. Then tick with a hammer on the coconut until it bursts.
Instead of using ice cubes, you can use crushed ice.
