A fresh coconut margarita recipe with pomegranate, one of the most delicious cocktails on a hot day. Refreshing, creamy, and surprising with coconut and pomegranate.
But let us now proceed in any case with the recipes with exotic fruit. Today, pomegranate and fresh coconut. And mixed together in a delicious margarita cocktail. Cocktails are surely one of my favorite drinks. And I think it's also nice to give a dinner or a party to make a special cocktail, especially for the occasion. This one will definitely come to appear at a summer party in the garden.
- If you have fresh coconut, you can open it easily by drilling a hole in one of the eyes (at the bottom of the fruit). Catch the coconut water in a container. Then tick with a hammer on the coconut until it bursts.
- Instead of using ice cubes, you can use crushed ice.

Coconut margarita
Ingredients
Sugar rim
- 100 ml pomegranate juice
- 100 ml sugar
Margarita recipe with coconut and pomegranate
- 500 ml pomegranate juice
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 150 ml Tequila
- 1 limes
- 100 grams ice cubes
Garnish
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- 1 limes in slices
- 50 grams ice cubes

Instructions
Sugar rim
- Fill a bowl with the pomegranate juice and a second bowl with sugar.
- Dip the top of the glasses first in the juice and then in the bowl with sugar.
- Let the glasses air-dry for at least 10 minutes.
Margarita recipe with coconut and pomegranate
- Take the blender and add the ice cubes to the can.
- Pour the pomegranate juice, coconut milk, and tequila into the blender.
- Add the juice of 1 lime.
- Turn the blender on and blend until you've got a smooth cocktail.
Serve
- Pour the margarita into the glasses.
- Garnish with ice cubes, lime slices and pomegranate seeds.
