Easy Tangerine Champagne Cocktail Recipe
When we're almost ending the Old year and celebrating the beginning of the New one, I like to serve a special signature drink. This year I made this tangerine mimosa. And it was a great hit, everybody loved this special twist by using tangerines.
Mimosas have been a brunch staple since the 1920s, but this version takes things to the next level with fresh tangerine juice and a splash of Cointreau for a subtle orange liqueur depth. Tangerines, known for their juicy sweetness, bring a softer, more fragrant citrus note compared to traditional orange juice. And when paired with crisp champagne and a hint of vanilla, the result is a perfectly balanced, effervescent cocktail that's both sophisticated and easy to make.
It's a celebration in a glass-no special bartending skills required!
