NOTES
1. What’s the best champagne to use? A dry Brut (or when on a budget, Prosecco wine) works best, balancing the sweetness of the tangerine juice.2. Can I use another liqueur instead of Cointreau? Yes! Grand Marnier or Triple Sec are great alternatives.3. How can I make this a mocktail? Skip the alcohol and use sparkling water or 7Up for a refreshing, kid-friendly version.4. Festive Garnish ideas?
Swap mint for rosemary or thyme for a winter twist.
Add a sugar rim for extra sparkle.
Freeze tangerine slices and use them as ice cubes!
5. Can I make this in advance? Yes! Mix the tangerine juice, vanilla, and Cointreau ahead of time. Add champagne just before serving to keep the bubbles fresh.
